I ran this run a number of times with my Boy Scout troop when I was younger. It makes a great novice run. My troop would run this as the second of two training trips for our summer fifty-mile class II-III trip. In proximity to the Bay Area adds to my approval of this run, however this fact, along with its easy accessibility from highways, can cause this run to be bustling with activity on the river as well as beaches.
Don't remember all the details of the run, but it was easy, don't know why it is added. Oh well, so sue me. The run is below Squaw Rock, fuck it, I will put directions another day when I am bored enough.
