Republic of Georgia 2017 Day 7 Afternoon:
The lower section of this river was mellow. I don't recall anything significant, just boogie in pleasant scenery down to a town. There really isn't a whole lot to say about it. It is really only broken apart because there is a power diversion going in upstream and the Middle run is going to be basically dewatered... forcing the runs to be considered separately.
That evening, we headed a little further North along the Black Sea and stayed in a hostel on the sea. We also had another wonderful dinner feast, and then spent the evening skipping stones on the sea before hitting the hay before the sun went down.

Mi 0.0:
- Boogie from the bridge down.
- Gorge (III-). You enter another gorge. I actually found this section perhaps a little junkier than the upriver section. More hazards and more wood for sure.
Sieves (II+ to III-). This rapid is just after it opens up a little. There is a wall of large rocks, we snuck around to the left and dropped through a small slot to get around the bulk of it. Be on your toes for wood.
Small Ledge (II+). In the heart of the gorge is a small 2 to 3 foot ramping ledge. Super scenic spot.
Put-in / Take-out: Use the GPS coordinates in the map and a mapping program on your phone. The street names will not be legible anyways...
Put-in: 4.5 km above the take-out the road up the river crosses the river. Put-in is here. Though we didn't use this put-in since we did the whole river so I am not sure how you get down to the water.
Take-out: Just upstream of Kobuleti, there is a bridge. You can take-out river right just before the bridge. This is also the location of the school.
